So one of my joycons (A lime one in the neon pink and lime set.) was recently repaired by my own hands from that drift nonsense, it's been working fine minus one issue. When i have my switch docked in the TV dock (Stock dock, not any third party shit.) it won't recognize the lime one and will not pair alongside the pink one. the strange part is it pairs perfectly fine when undocked and i tried to pair the two while undocked and then place the switch in the dock just for it to instantly...
