RSS is it safe to play online with SX OS?

hello

i have an IPATCHED consol on 4.1.0 system and i did the SX OS exploite with caffein(cant load with rcm loader).
i did an emunand and update my version to 8.1.0.(wehn i take off my card i see the original version 4.1.0).
my question:
if i load the SX OS on the fake nand, is it safe to play online games?
sorry if the question is silly, im still new on this
