RSS If a file runs on a PC emulator, does that automatically verify its integrity?

As title says, I want to know if I ran an switch file type through an emulator and it runs, does that make it no longer possible to be brickware?

EDIT: I found NxFileViewer a windows application to verify. Seems legit!
