I hacked my switch like 1 year and I used sysnand back then (now I use emunand) and I don't know if I still have any error logs generated by homebrew still left in it that could get me banned. I sometimes play online on my switch and have the share error logs off. Still not banned but I'm worried when I turn on that Option if it will ban me. Btw if it matters, I only used atmosphere.
