RSS How can I create a linked acct on a banned switch

My switch is banned and I can’t get into a couple of titles because of this.. is there any way to create a linked account? I tried kefir but it says it worked and reboots and I still have my own profiles only... I had deleted all save data but not my 5 profiles... I had expected a 6th profile.

am I doing this incorrectly, is there another way?

Am running 11.0.1 and latest atmosphere.
