RSS Help Switch lite. L trigger puts console into sleep mode.

help needed,

Nintendo switch lite. when I press the l trigger the console goes into sleep. if I press it again the screen wakes.
long press I get the power menu.

I've removed the power button flex cable and ipa the l trigger and zifs.
IPA both the power button zif and the daughter to main board zif.

I will try a different daughter board and flex cable later.

In system settings, testing the l trigger, it registered as a l trigger, but obviously the screen turns off at the same time....
