RSS Help, please? Console does not charge SX OS

Happy New Year.
Guys, could you help me please?
I let my pad discharge for a few weeks and now he doesn't charge.
I use Sx os.
I tried to use the TegraRcmGUI app, but he can't find any rcm in my console.

Is it bricked? Any solution?
