RSS Hbmenu crashing. Os 9.0.1 Atmosphere 0.9.4

Hi everyone
My mate was smashing all the buttons and updated my switch to 9.0.1 via the switch (not ChoiDujour) I've managed to get atmosphere 0.9.4 working but when i attempt to start the hbmenu it crashes. (see pics)

I've wiped the fat32 sd card and only have atmosphere 0.9.4 on the SD card root. (Hbmenu. Nro is in root)

It appears to internal. Should i do a fresh install of 9.0.1 using ChoiDujour?
Any ideas?
