RSS [GUIDE] Use Tinfoil with Vanilla/Stock Atmosphere

Thanks to @blawar for making this possible and changing the way that Tinfoil checks for patches and permissions.

1. Get the latest version of Atmosphere from: https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/releases/latest . You need to download fusee-primary aswell, this is the payload that you have to use.

2. Download the latest version of Tinfoil from https://tinfoil.media/repo/tinfoil.latest.zip . You may need to install R47 version...
