For several months, my Switch’s fan has been making a sort of grinding noise whenever I boot up the system or wake it up after it has been in sleep mode for a while. This only lasts for around a minute or two, then it goes quiet until I boot/wake the system up again. Even when the fan ramps up because of high load or something, it sounds normal after the initial bout.
