RSS Forced to move from SOx to Athmosphere... how to install XCI?

Hello,
I'm one of those who has a 11.0.1 and sox 3.1 so, I've moved to Atmosphere 0.17 .... but I've a simple question, what should I use to install XCI? I've tried with lithium but it doesn't work...
any suggestion?
