RSS exFat->Fat32 on sxos. now install fail and titles won't start

So I was using SX OS emuNAND on my switch, and exFAT 512GB Samsung microSD

  • Used homebrew. Got a corrupt start on a title

  • Decided now time to switch to FAT32

  • Copied all data from microSD -> external drive

  • Format microSD using Gui Format and set it to FAT32 with 32xxx allocation size

  • Copied data from external drive -> microSD

  • Issues upon issues. :
    • Installed titles won't start, gives error: Unable to start software. Return to the HOME Menu and try...
