RSS Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 error

I downloaded the game Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and when opening the game the error appears that it was not possible to open the application, does anyone know what to do? I currently use 10.1.0 with SX OS 3.0.5, but I have already tried using SX OS 3.0.4.
