RSS Do i need to have Atmosphere in the SD card if i just want to backup?

I have one stupid question, i'm about to backup my NAND and also get the prod.keys using LockpickRCM...

But do i need to put Atmosphere folder in the SD card, or is it possible to only use the bootloader from Hekate and from there use TegraRCM to inject the payload and backup the files?
