RSS Delete users, after being banned

I have 3 users on my Switch, back from when I was legit
:)

Now I got banned, and I'd like to delete the irrelevant 2 - which I can't do, since I need to unlink them first, and the Switch won't let me.

Are there ways to manually delete users from the device, after being banned?
