RSS DBI claims cart dumps have invalid signatures.

The carts were dumped with the latest version of nxdtrwpoc and when I try installing them using DBI, it gives me a "invalid signature" message.

I've tried redumping them but the hashes match and DBI still has that warning.

Interestingly, installing the carts directly gives no warnings.
