Mod for Crash Team Racing that increases framerate from 30 FPS to 60 FPS. It is hitting that target framerate most of the time in handheld mode when using the below overclock but in splitscreen it might need a higher OC. Only tested in handheld mode but bear in mind that this game isnt 60 FPS in any other console even the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X since they are not as powerful as the Switch that means some stuff could be tied to framerate.
