RSS Convert Atmos Emummc to SXOS Emunand?

Can someone please explain or direct me to a guide showing the process of converting an Atmosphere Emummc so that it can be used as an SXOS Emunand?

I would like to start using SXOS again (personal preference), and I would love be able to possibly have it set so that I could use the same emulated nand on both CFW's (if possible)
