RSS Charging only in 5v mode, not in 15v

i was wondering if someone could help me troubleshoot the following problem:

  • switch isnt charging from the wall adapter (i have tried multiple ones), however it charges just fine with a usb cable on a 5v power supply so the usb port is fine
  • when docking it it will charge for a second or so before disconnecting and the dock starts flashing green, no video signal
i have tried power cycling the switch and resetting the power-supply but to no avail, i have been having this...
