RSS Changed drivers. Advice?

So i have an jailbroken Switch and wanted to use nut and zadig to tranfer my games throught a cable, i did this and now i have a kind of a game on my home screen that keeps loading and cant delete it (it takes 7G from my usb) and im not sure if the change of the drivers have impact on my switch( i mean like maybe i couldnt download games anymore throught a usb or cant play games properly, like that) i need some advice
