RSS cartridge and ban

Hello !
I have a switch on CFW. Never connected online. Let's say I restore it to official firmware. If i buy a cartridge, and I go online with this game. If for whatever reason, I get banned because of previous CFW, will I be able to use this cartridge on a new 100% clean switch ? What about the nintendo account ?
