RSS Can't open programs or games with internet activated anymore? (21.0.1

I updated to 21.0.1 in Sysnand and Emunand, I am having problems in Emunand since every time I activate the internet for x reasons (example: wanting to use Tinfoil, Homebrew App Store, etc.) it gives me a warning that it is loading (I imagine it tries to connect to the servers, without success), it is impossible to do so, I can only open in airplane mode and then activate the Internet inside.

any solution?
