RSS Cannot figure out updating my old switch. Atmosphere 1.10 gives blue screen when booting CFW.

So I am following this guide here (https://switch.hacks.guide/extras/updating.html)

I updated Atmosphere 1.10.1 and hekate 6.4.2. My switch is a little ancient. its still on OFW 11.0 lol

After updating both, whenever I try to boot into CFW I just get a blue screen. I tried restinalling everything. That didn't work, I tried the pre-release patch of Atmosphere 1.10.0. The only thing I haven't tried is a fresh fresh install of my SDcard. I'm scared I just don't know what Ill lose lol.
