So im thinking of getting the animal crossing switch and since my old one is still compatible with fusse gelee and other hacks, i wanna use this old one as my "hacked" switch and the animal crossing one as my "main" one, If i transfer my stuff to the new switch, than factory reset the old one and hack it, without putting my accounts back on, can/will Nintendo still ban those should i get detected?
