RSS can i get banned for attempting to install custom firmware?

so i tried to mod my switch but i ended up learning that it was patched. i paper clip jigged it, used this tut



and tried tegragui and a biskydump.bat to see if my switch was moddable.

so i think that it put something on my switch, if i now try to play online is their a chance i get banned?

if there's a chance, how do i go back to default?
