Hi all, I've been using my switch with SX pro for a while, few days ago, I turned if off and it never turn back on. I connect it to my PC and found it was in RCM mode, however no matter which payload I sent it only shows black screen with backlight on. I tried different computer / sd card / cable, no luck.
I followed the steps from "A definitive way to test if your Switch is patched or not (purchases after 07-2018)" and can confirm payload was successfully sent as the result screen shows...
