RSS Atmosphere all files asking to be updated

I switched over from sx os to atmosphere and whenever I open a previously installed nsp it asks me to update. I can still do play software but this message is annoying.

Also when I go into system settings it get System update available from the menu.

Im on 11.0.1 Is there another update available? Why does it keep asking me to update?
