RSS After updating system firmware, atmosphere version and sig patches, games gone corrupt

After updating system firmware to 9.1.0 (also atmosphere and sig patches have been updated to their latest version), 80% of my games gone corrupt. Few still work. I have deleted some of the so called corrupted games and installed them anew but then also I am getting the same corrupt messages for those particular games. Any idea how to proceed?
