RSS 2x Switch V1 not booting to ofw. From Hekate Stock and cfw is possible

Hi,

I have two Nintendo Switch V1 with the same issue: They don't start to ofw.
Both could start via RCM jig and payload to Hekate and from there to Stock or cfw. And than work fine.

Both are on 18.1.0, (Fuses 20 burnt), AutoRCM is off

Any ideas?

EDIT: Solution fusecount 20 = fw 19.0.0
