I have 2 Switches with the same issue. Both show the Nintendo logo briefly then go to a black screen. Poking around the board on each, I didn't find any shorted caps on the usual suspect chips. Looking at the serial number for each, they both fall in the possibly patched range (at least according to one site I looked at) and while Tegra is able to see the units in RCM, attempts to inject Hekate don't work (got the "smashed the stack with 0x0000..." message) so I assume they are patched....
